FAQs
1. What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive at 4pm on Saturday 18 July, as the wedding ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. On Sunday 19 July, please arrive any time from 1pm - food will be served from 1:30pm. The complimentary transport will be scheduled to arrive at the designated times.

2. What is the dress code for the wedding day?
The dress code is summer formal. If you’re wearing a dress, think midi or long styles with a summery spirit and suited to a special occasion (somewhere in the realm of colourful black tie). The bridesmaids will be wearing pink, in case you would prefer to avoid that colour (but no need to do so - Molly LOVES pink, in case you weren't aware...). If you’re wearing a suit, lighter, breathable options would work beautifully (e.g. linen or relaxed summer tailoring). On a practical note, parts of the venue have uneven ground, so while keeping things smart, you may prefer to leave stilettos at home.
3. What about the second day?
The dress code is smart poolside attire - think semi-formal summer dresses or two-piece sets, and linen shirts or polos with swim trunks, shorts or trousers - easy, summery pieces that look just as good by the pool as they do over lunch. If you’d like to swim, we recommend arriving in your swimsuit/trunks with a cover-up that’s easy to slip on when you’re not in the water, as there will be no dedicated changing facilities. For those wishing to touch up hair or makeup, the bathrooms on-site will be available.
4. What's on the menu?
A variety of Spanish dishes will be served throughout the wedding celebrations on Saturday, and all dietary requirements noted on your RSVP will be catered for. On Sunday, we’ll be hosting a relaxed BBQ with a selection of meat, fish, and vegetarian options, plus plenty of gelato.
5. Is the wedding outside?
Yes - we are planning for the celebrations to take place outdoors. Parasols and shaded areas will be provided, and in case of bad weather, there will be an undercover backup plan (although fingers crossed that won't be necessary!).
6. Can I bring a plus one?
We would kindly ask that only those guests named on your invitation envelope attend, as we would like to keep the weekend’s celebrations intimate.
7. Are children invited?
While we adore your children, the vineyard terrain, open pool, late-night dancing, and wine make this an adults-only celebration (unless you have babes in arms). For those travelling to Spain with children, we can happily connect you with trusted local babysitting services recommended by the venue.
8. Can I take photos and videos?
A talented team of photographers and videographers will capture the weekend so you can focus on the drinking, eating and dancing. Guests are, of course, welcome to take their own photos and videos, but we kindly ask that all devices are put away during the ceremony and first dance.
9. Do you have a gift registry?
Please know that your love and support mean a great deal to us, and there is absolutely no expectation to give a gift. For those who have kindly asked, we’ve put together a selection of ideas to help us begin married life together - accessible via the button below. That said, please don’t feel in any way bound by these ideas - anything you choose (or make) will be just as meaningful to us. In case also helpful to note:
-
Cards can be left with us at Masia Cabellut.
-
Any off-registry gifts can be sent to our home address or given to us when we next see you.
10. Do you know you've planned your wedding on the weekend of the FIFA World Cup Final?
Yes, Molly-May is buzzing and says it’s coming home! In all seriousness, the final is scheduled to kick off after our celebrations finish on Sunday, so there’s no need to panic, although you may wish to plan your flight home accordingly.
